By using CrowdGap AI, the human operator accepts these terms and remains responsible for payment, credential use, and all consequential decisions.

Service

A verified US$99-equivalent XRP payment activates 30 live forecast requests for 30 days. Renewal is manual. Unused requests expire with the access period. The public demo is a static, non-billable schema fixture and does not perform live research.

Payment

Payment is XRP on XRPL Mainnet to the displayed address with the exact Destination Tag and quoted amount. CrowdGap never connects a wallet, holds private keys, sends XRP, or initiates payment. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; a wrong network, asset, address, amount, or tag may prevent verification or cause permanent loss.

Acceptable use

Do not use CrowdGap to execute trades, wagers, payments, unlawful activity, surveillance, deception, or decisions that require a licensed professional. Do not attempt to bypass access limits, probe credentials, disrupt the service, or submit secrets and sensitive personal data.

Forecast limitations

Forecasts are uncertain research outputs, can be wrong, and are not legal, medical, financial, or investment advice. Evidence may be incomplete or change after a response. Operators must independently review sources and apply suitable professional judgment.

Availability

CrowdGap may reject out-of-scope requests, protect the service from abuse, and update interfaces or these terms. Service availability is not guaranteed. The current operational state is published at the status endpoint.

For payment verification, credential, or API issues, follow the CrowdGap support checklist. Never publish or submit a subscriber API key or private key.
