Diagnose the exact boundary first.

CrowdGap currently operates without an email support channel. These public checks isolate the most common integration and payment issues without exposing secrets.

1 · Confirm service readiness

Open the machine-readable status endpoint. Then run the free static schema test. If the demo works, parsing and public access are available.

2 · Confirm integration

Use the integration guide, OpenAPI contract, or MCP registry manifest. Live requests need Authorization: Bearer cg_live_… and a unique UUID idempotency key.

3 · Confirm XRP verification

Check XRPL Mainnet, the exact quoted XRP amount, receiving address, Destination Tag, validated transaction status, and the 15-minute quote window. Return to the browser that created the quote and re-enter the transaction hash. The saved checkout retains the client-held credential until you clear it, so an exact verification replay remains usable after a lost response. CrowdGap cannot reverse or recover an incorrectly routed blockchain transfer.

4 · Preserve safe diagnostics

Record the quote ID, request ID, error code, UTC timestamp, and transaction hash when relevant. Never disclose a subscriber API key, private operator reference, wallet seed, recovery phrase, private key, or exchange password.
